Yes. The Gov Sales team is set up specifically to provide extra attention to government agencies. If your desired item does not show on our web site please give us a call or email us so we will have it available for you.

What kind of payment methods does TPGTEX accept?

We are able to receive all major credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa Pcard), Checks, Wire transfers and Paypal. TPGTEX gladly accepts purchase orders from all government agencies, fortune 500 companies, and educational facilities.

How long does it take to build a custom system?

Usually custom build systems will take no more than 10 business days. Please contact us for a specific estimate for your custom configuration.

Does TPGTEX have the ability to ship internationally?

Since we are mostly using drop shipping, it depends on the specific order. We have shipped to an APO or FPO using USPS, dock to door or dock to dock via Airborne International and our Freight forwarder in some cases. Send us the requirements and we will check it for you.
